| City travel is limited to 60 km radius. Extra km may incur charges. | |
| Driver Liability | Driver is responsible for traffic fines, damage, and misconduct. Charges will be recovered from payouts. |
| Driver account will be suspended until dues are cleared. | |
| Booking Policy | All bookings must be made via website, app, or call center. |
| Direct arrangements with drivers are not allowed. | |
| Platform Scope | DriveGo is a facilitator platform. Agreements and liability are solely between customer and driver. |
| DriveGo is not responsible for vehicle condition, legality, or behavior of the driver. | |
| Driver Documentation | Drivers must carry valid driving license, Aadhar, and complete police verification within 30 days. |
| Payment | Always confirm fare via driver partner app. Do not overpay. |
| Safety & Conduct | Drivers must avoid rash driving and strictly follow all traffic rules. |
| No abusive language or arguments with customers are allowed. Disputes should be reported to support. | |
| Drivers must arrive punctually at the agreed pickup time and location. | |
| Emergencies | In case of accidents, customers must report the incident to DriveGo immediately and raise a complaint. |
| If the driver falls sick or cannot continue duty, alternative arrangements will be made when possible. | |
| Refunds & Disputes | Refunds are not applicable once the driver has reported for duty. |
| Any service-related disputes should be submitted via email to support@drivego.in within 24 hours of the ride. | |
| Insurance & Liability | DriveGo is not responsible for insurance claims, losses, or legal disputes between customer and driver. |
| Vehicle insurance should be valid and up to date. DriveGo does not verify or guarantee insurance status. | |
| Privacy & Use | Customer data is stored securely and used only for service-related communication. |
| The platform must not be used for illegal or unauthorized vehicle usage. | |
| Service Limitations | Service is currently available within the operating city limits (up to 60 km radius unless otherwise specified). |
| Availability is subject to driver availability and confirmation at the time of booking. |
